Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT software development and integration projects — from planning to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and steering committees
- Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular progress updates
We’re looking for you if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software Development, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Are familiar with tools like MS Project, Jira, and have a basic understanding of dev frameworks, UX/UI, version control, budgeting, and KPI
- Communicate confidently in both Hungarian and English, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Are highly organized, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
It’s an advantage if you have:
- Experience with RDI or UI/UX-related projects
- PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications
- Worked on international or cross-border projects
