A stroke s\u00falyoss\u00e1g\u00e1t\u00f3l f\u00fcgg\u0151en a betegnek nagyon elt\u00e9r\u0151 orvosi ell\u00e1t\u00e1sra lehet sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge.<\/p>\n\n<p>A ma haszn\u00e1latos besorol\u00e1si sk\u00e1la (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Institutes_of_Health_Stroke_Scale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NIHSS<\/a>) meglehet\u0151sen \u00f6sszetett, m\u00e9g a ment\u0151kben is tov\u00e1bbi szakmai seg\u00edts\u00e9get ig\u00e9nyel. A tanulm\u00e1nyban az volt a c\u00e9lunk, hogy \u00e1tfog\u00f3an \u00e9rt\u00e9kelj\u00fcnk t\u00f6bb klinikai v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 \u00fan. LVO el\u0151rejelz\u00e9si k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t, \u00e9s ezekb\u0151l optim\u00e1lis kombin\u00e1ci\u00f3t dolgozzunk ki g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel.<\/p>\n\n<p>A tanulm\u00e1ny kiemelte, hogy a g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k (AI) rendk\u00edv\u00fcl hasznosak a predikt\u00edv k\u00e9pess\u00e9g felm\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9ben \u00e9s optimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ban, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 r\u00e1vil\u00e1g\u00edtott a molekul\u00e1ris biomarkerek jelen\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9re a stroke diagnosztikai modellek optimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n\n<p>A szerz\u0151k v\u00e9lem\u00e9nye, hogy ezek az eredm\u00e9nyek al\u00e1t\u00e1masztj\u00e1k a tov\u00e1bbi r\u00e9szletes kutat\u00e1sok sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9g\u00e9t, mivel nagy lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek rejlenek abban, hogy forradalmas\u00edts\u00e1k a stroke diagn\u00f3zis\u00e1t. Az egyik rendk\u00edv\u00fcl \u00edg\u00e9retes ter\u00fclet p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a nagysz\u00e1m\u00fa potenci\u00e1lis biomarker sz\u0171r\u00e9se, azaz az \u201eomics\u201d megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s \u00e9s a multi-omics adatok kombin\u00e1lt elemz\u00e9se.
