Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT software development and integration projects — from planning to delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Organize and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and steering committees
Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular progress updates

We’re looking for you if you

Have 5+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software Development, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Are familiar with tools like MS Project, Jira, and have a basic understanding of dev frameworks, UX/UI, version control, budgeting, and KPI
Communicate confidently in both Hungarian and English, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Are highly organized, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

It’s an advantage if you have

Experience with RDI or UI/UX-related projects
PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications
Worked on international or cross-border projects
