E-Group's long term strategy is based on the application of new business models resulting from R&D projects, and leverage the results through our international presence.

We hence entertain an active partnership network in the research and educational arena, use state-of-the-art software technologies, and continously adapt our software development methodology. Our aim is to quicken the cycle where R&D results are turned into new, innovative services and products.From the very beginning the founders of the company kept their educational relations, and established the E-Bizlab laboratory at the Technical University of Budapest. The laboratory’s main activity area were data security technologies, focusing on applicable industrial solutions. The laboratory was reorganized according to the IT evolution and renamed to CrysysLab.

  

Based on our traditional relation to academic organisations (including among others the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the Zrinyi Miklos National Defense University, the Computer and Automation Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences - MTA Sztaki), we are able to work directly with laboratories and test the introduction of new ideas and technologies. We also develop prototype products independently that will later become part of E-Group’s product line.

  

The most important is to model and understand the effects of particular new techniques. The true test of our research results is how well they confer a strategic advantage to our partners or help us introduce new services and acquire new customers.
