E-Group SDX Product Show and Presentation on 02.02.2012.

On 2nd February 2012, from 10 am we hold a presentation together with a product show on e-invoicing. The business event is organised by XAPT Hungary Ltd., its goal is to introduce the advantages of electronic invoicing in connection with the development of a realised electronic voucher issue system that has been accomplished on the basis of E-Group–XAPT cooperation. The participants can take part in an interactive workshop, can observe the system in operation, and can also consult personally .

E-Group has Contributed Greatly to the Introduction of Electronic Invoicing in the Public Service

The ’EKOP-1.1.1.-07-2009-0001’ project has terminated

The modernization of the National Company Registration and Information System (OCCR) was concluded on 31. October 2011. The increase of the security level of the Registry Courts’ informatics system and of the preservation of data-base stood in the focus of the modernization process. The professional work was completed within the framework of three sub-projects. Among them, E-Group established the introduction of electronic invoicing as a participant of the sub-project titled ’the elaboration of the report submission’s new procedure system, its connection to the government’s central applications (customer Log-In, e-payment).

The state and economic entities can save up to 150 million forints with the introduction of electronic balance sheet submission and e-invoicing. Furthermore, owing to the paperlessness of the process it greatly contributes to reducing the burden on the environment.

The system operated by KIM (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) provides electronic public services 24 hour a day, taking a significant part in the structural system of public service.
